                    [0] => The creation of the Table of Temporality and Destination of Archival Documents related to the core activities of Federal, University, Armed Forces, and Federal Institute Hospitals, approved in August 2024, brought challenges in understanding the tool and its codes aimed at organizing and handling medical and hospital documentation. This bibliographic, documentary, and observational study aims to analyze the implications of the new table in the description, evaluation, and collection of documents, in addition to identify coding gaps. The investigation sought to understand how the tool influences document management, highlighting positive and negative points from its application. Among the main results, it was observed that several documents had their destination changed to permanent storage, which significantly impacts permanent archives, requiring new strategies for organization and physical space. Thus, the study reinforces the importance of reflecting on standardization, the applicability of the table, and its effects on the preservation of institutional memory.@en
                    [1] => A criação da Tabela de Temporalidade e Destinação de Documentos de Arquivo relativa às atividades-fim dos Hospitais Federais, Universitários, das Forças Armadas e dos Institutos Federais, aprovada em agosto de 2024, trouxe desafios quanto à compreensão do instrumento e seus códigos voltados à organização e tratamento da documentação médico-hospitalar. Este trabalho, de caráter bibliográfico, documental e observacional, tem como objetivo analisar os desdobramentos da nova tabela na descrição, avaliação e recolhimento de documentos, além de identificar lacunas de codificação. A investigação buscou compreender como o instrumento influencia a gestão documental, destacando pontos positivos e negativos de sua aplicação. Entre os principais resultados, observa-se que vários documentos tiveram sua destinação alterada para guarda permanente, o que impacta significativamente os arquivos permanentes, exigindo novas estratégias de organização e espaço físico. Assim, o estudo reforça a importância de refletir sobre a padronização, a aplicabilidade da tabela e seus efeitos na preservação da memória institucional.@pt
