                    [0] => The objective of the essay is to create a dialogue between the theoretical conceptions of career and the movement from formal employment to microentrepreneurship, pointing out which elements are offered by the theoretical basis that can help in the investigation of the phenomenon. In this sense, given the presentation of the figure of the Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) and the movement from formal employment to microentrepreneurship, we raise aspects of the framework and discuss the effects on the careers of these individuals. Then, based on the theoretical career panorama, we reflect on the career transition process and carry out a discussion that intertwines the concept with entrepreneurship. As a result, we understand that temporal, contextualized observation at different levels added to the relational analysis between objective and subjective aspects of the career allows us to embrace the group of workers and the phenomenon in question. In this way, the theoretical basis offers different perspectives and elements of analysis to visualize the movement that contribute to future forays into the field.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo do ensaio é realizar uma interlocução entre as concepções teóricas de carreira e o movimento do emprego formal para o microempreendedorismo, apontando quais são os elementos oferecidos pela base teórica que podem auxiliar na investigação do fenômeno. Nesse sentido, diante da apresentação da figura do Microempreendedor Individual (MEI) e do movimento do emprego formal para o microempreendedorismo, levantamos traços sobre o enquadramento e debatemos efeitos na carreira destes indivíduos. Em seguida, a partir do panorama teórico de carreira, refletimos sobre o processo de transição na carreira e realizamos uma discussão que entrelaça o conceito ao empreendedorismo. Como resultado, entendemos que a observação temporal, contextualizada e em diferentes níveis somada à análise relacional entre aspectos objetivos e subjetivos da carreira permite abraçar o conjunto de trabalhadores e o fenômeno em questão. Desse modo, a base teórica oferece à visualização do movimento diferentes perspectivas e elementos de análise que contribuem para futuras incursões ao campo.@pt
