                                            [0] => Objective: The evolution of tourism, coupled with the development of innovation and the growing interest in efficient and effective tourism management, has changed the approach to control. Internal control, as a special type of control, has gained prominence in Cuban hotels due to its importance and the components it comprises, with Information and Communication playing a key role across all sectors. This research aims to develop a theoretical review for the integrated management of the Information and Communication component of internal control in hotels. Methodology: Based on a documentary analysis, methods such as the historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, and inductive-deductive methods are applied, along with modulation due to its importance in process representation. Results and Discussion: The research presents effective information from the conception of a theoretical model that allows for competitive intelligence in the integrated management of information and communication in Cuban hotels. The review highlights the integrated and systems approach to the information and communication component and its elements within the information flow of Cuban hotel tourism. Conclusion: This study will focus on the effectiveness of information and communication as a component of internal control, reaffirming its comprehensive approach and its reasonableness in fulfilling the hotel's mission. Contribution: The main contribution is the integration of information and communication into a hotel's Balanced Scorecard, as well as the contribution of accountability processes. The innovative approach to efficiency and effectiveness in this integration distinguishes the theoretical model from those of other organizations.
                                            [1] => Objetivo: La evolución del turismo unido al desarrollo de la innovación y el interés creciente por una gestión turística eficiente y eficaz, han cambiado el enfoque del control. El control interno, como un tipo especial de control ha cobrado auge en los hoteles cubanos por su importancia y componentes que lo integran, donde se destaca de manera transversal la Información y Comunicación. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una revisión teórica para la gestión integrada del componente Información y Comunicación del control interno en hoteles. Metodología: A partir de un análisis documental, se aplican métodos como el  histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético y el Método inductivo-deductivo, la modulación por su importancia en la representación de procesos. Resultados y Discusión: La misma muestra información efectiva desde la concepción de un modelo teórico que permite tener una inteligencia competitiva en la gestión integrada de la información y comunicación en los hoteles cubanos. Se destaca en la revisión el enfoque integrado y de sistema en el componente de la información y comunicación y sus elementos en el flujo de información del turismo hotelero cubano.  Conclusión: se centrará en la efectividad de la información y comunicación como componente del control interno, ratificando su enfoque integral y su carácter razonable en el cumplimiento de la misión hotelera.Aporte: Como principal aporte se tiene la integración a los Cuadro de Mando Integral de un hotel, así como a la contribución de las rendiciones de cuenta, resulta novedoso el enfoque de eficiencia y eficacia de la integración lo que distingue al modelo teórico con respecto a otras organizaciones.
