                    [0] => The reference service has evolved and makes use of current technologies, among them generative artificial intelligence tools. This study aims to investigate how university libraries can use ChatGPT in reference services by testing prompts based on the services and activities of the sector at the Central Library of the State University of Santa Catarina. As for the methodology, it is characterized as a descriptive, exploratory, bibliographic, and qualitative study. Several prompts were developed and tested in ChatGPT. The results showed that the tool provided some incorrect information; however, it is possible to create scripts and initially guide the librarians in the reference service sector, using it as an advisory resource. This does not dispense with consulting standards and librarians to verify whether the information it provides is accurate. The role of the reference librarian in the age of Artificial Intelligence, and their contribution to guiding the learning of this technology in university libraries, becomes evident.@en
                    [1] => O serviço de referência evoluiu e faz uso de tecnologias atuais, entre elas, ferramentas de inteligência artificial generativa. A pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar como as bibliotecas universitárias podem utilizar o ChatGPT no serviço de referência ao testar prompts baseados em serviços e atividades do setor na Biblioteca Central da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Quanto à metodologia, caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, bibliográfica e qualitativa. Foram desenvolvidos e testados alguns prompts no ChatGPT. Como resultados, constatou-se que a ferramenta forneceu algumas informações incorretas, entretanto, é possível criar roteiros e nortear em um primeiro momento os bibliotecários do setor de serviço de referência, como um recurso de assessoria, que não dispensa a consulta às normas e bibliotecários para averiguar se as informações que ele dispõe são verídicas. Fica evidente o papel do bibliotecário de referência diante da era das Inteligências Artificiais e sua contribuição para o direcionamento da aprendizagem dessa tecnologia nas bibliotecas universitárias.@pt
