                    [0] => This article analyzes the scientific production on the relationship between generative Artificial Intelligence and Reference Services, focusing on Brazil´s position in the global scenario. The objective was to explore the challenges and opportunities of AI in the Brazilian scenario, since such technologies cause changes in the information scenario and job market, in addition to being marked by environmental, social, and geopolitical issues. Libraries are experiencing a surge in enthusiasm for incorporating Artificial Intelligence into their services, including Reference Services To assess the trend of the subject, a bibliometric study was conducted using a search in Scopus, combined with a search in the Information Science Database. The analysis concluded that Brazil is not integrated into the main global research flows on the topic, without establishing more significant inter-institutional links with other BRICS countries. There are still controversies: the cost-benefit for Brazilian libraries, the need for more studies on the local reality and questions about national sovereignty in the face of the interests of Big Techs from the Global North. Therefore, the need for greater engagement that considers the specificities and interests of the Global South is urgently highlighted.@en
                    [1] => O artigo analisa a produção científica sobre a relação entre Inteligência Artificial e Serviços de Referência, com foco no posicionamento do Brasil no cenário global. O objetivo foi explorar os desafios e oportunidades das Inteligências Artificiais no Serviço de Referência no cenário brasileiro, pois tais tecnologias causam mudanças no cenário da informação e do mercado de trabalho, além de serem marcadas por problemáticas ambientais, sociais e geopolíticas. As bibliotecas se encontram atravessadas pela euforia de incorporar Inteligências Artificiais aos serviços, incluindo no Serviço de Referência. Para aferir a tendência do assunto, foi realizado um estudo bibliométrico a partir de uma busca na Scopus, somada a uma busca na Base de Dados em Ciência da Informação. A análise feita permitiu avaliar que o Brasil ainda não está integrado aos principais fluxos de pesquisa global sobre o tema, sem estabelecer vínculos interinstitucionais mais expressivos com outros países do bloco Brasil, Rússia, Índia, China e África do Sul. Permanecem controvérsias: o custo-benefício para bibliotecas brasileiras, a necessidade de mais estudos sobre a realidade local e questões sobre soberania nacional frente à interesses de Big Techs do Norte Global. Destaca-se a urgência de maior engajamento que contemple as especificidades e interesses do Sul Global.@pt
