                                            [0] => This paper addresses the experience of creating the Digital Mining Archive of the Olavarría district, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. A process of heritage activation of mining and local memory through photographs, focusing on the period of large-scale industrialization in the 20th century. In 1919, the first cement factory was built, establishing an industrial complex that continues to this day and has gone through various stages of technological modernization that led to the construction of factories and workers' villages. This corresponds to a material legacy consisting of a great diversity of sites, structures, landscapes, and localities (existing and nonexistent) that constitute its heritage. In recent years, the rapid implementation of new technologies has led to changes in production methods, primarily impacting the reduction of the labor force, which, replaced by technology, led to the closure and abandonment of industrial spaces. Within this framework, the design of a publicly accessible and collectively constructed archive aims to promote the safeguarding of its history and the associated intangible dimensions.
                                            [1] => En el presente trabajo se aborda la experiencia de creación del Archivo Digital Minero del partido de Olavarría, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Un proceso de activación patrimonial de la minería y la memoria local a través de fotografías, centrado en el periodo de industrialización a gran escala del siglo XX. En 1919 se instala la primera fábrica de cemento y con ella se instaura un complejo industrial que se extiende hasta la actualidad, y que ha atravesado por diversas etapas de modernización tecnológica que conllevó la construcción de fábricas y villas obreras. Su correlato se corresponde con un legado material constituido por una gran diversidad de sitios, estructuras, paisajes y localidades (existentes e inexistentes) que constituyen su patrimonio. En los últimos años, a causa de la rápida implementación de nuevas tecnologías, se han generado modificaciones en las formas de producir, que impactaron principalmente en la reducción de la mano de obra que, reemplazada por tecnología, dio lugar al cierre y abandono de espacios industriales. En este marco, el diseño de un archivo de acceso público y construido colectivamente tiene el fin de promover la salvaguardia de su historia y las dimensiones intangibles asociadas.
