                    [0] => This article analyzes a training experience developed in a digital environment, aimed at people over 55 and taught from a university library. Its objective was to contribute to training in media and information skills by means of a workshop on the use of the catalog, access to electronic resources and participation in social networks and communication channels. Participation was 60.49% of the total registered, with a fulfillment of expectations of 4.68 out of 5. Some limitations were the date of the activity, the gender gap and not having offered further training. As conclusion, the participation of university libraries in the training of older people has strategic value and is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals related to inclusion, access to information, lifelong learning, the fight against inequalities and the extension of the use of technologies.@en
                    [1] => Se analiza una experiencia formativa desarrollada en un entorno digital, dirigida a mayores de 55 años e impartida desde una biblioteca universitaria. Su objetivo fue contribuir a la formación en competencias mediáticas e informacionales mediante un taller sobre el uso del catálogo, el acceso a recursos electrónicos y la participación en redes sociales y canales de comunicación. La participación fue del 60,49% del total de inscritos, con un cumplimiento de las expectativas de 4,68 sobre 5. Algunas limitaciones fueron la fecha de realización de la actividad, la brecha de género y no haber ofrecido formación complementaria. Se concluye que la participación de las bibliotecas universitarias en la formación de personas mayores tiene valor estratégico y se alinea con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible relacionados con la inclusión, el acceso a la información, el aprendizaje permanente, la lucha contra las desigualdades y la extensión del uso de las tecnologías.@es
