                    [0] => The historical collection of photographic portraits of deputies, senators, assembly members and procurators of the Archive of the Congress of Deputies is a set of nearly 4,000 photographs covering a chronological framework of approximately one hundred years, from the 1870s to the end of the period of the Spanish Cortes in 1977. The study presented below focuses on analysing the first part of the collection, up to the first third of the twentieth century, which constitutes an unpublished gallery in which not only the main protagonists of political activity at the time are represented, but also the photographic studios that made the production of these images possible, such as Kâulak, Compañy, Biedma, Alfonso and Franzen, among others. The motivation behind this is twofold: on the one hand, to make the collection known and vindicate its potential, and, on the other, to present the documentary treatment carried out on it, in which everything has been taken into account, from its material conservation to the actions linked to its dissemination.@en
                    [1] => El fondo histórico de retratos fotográficos de diputados, senadores, asambleístas y procuradores del Archivo del Congreso de los Diputados es un conjunto formado por cerca de 4.000 fotografías que abarca un marco cronológico de aproximadamente cien años, desde la década de 1870 hasta el final del período de Cortes Españolas en 1977. El estudio presentado a continuación se centra en analizar la primera parte del fondo, comprendida hasta el primer tercio del siglo XX, la cual constituye una galería inédita en la que están representados no solo los principales protagonistas de la actividad política del momento, sino también los estudios fotográficos que hicieron posible la producción de esas imágenes, como Kâulak, Compañy, Biedma, Alfonso o Franzen, entre otros. La motivación perseguida con ello es doble: por un lado, dar a conocer el fondo y reivindicar su potencial, y, por el otro, presentar el tratamiento documental llevado a cabo sobre el mismo, en el que se ha tenido en cuenta desde su conservación material hasta las acciones vinculadas a su difusión.@es
