                    [0] => The need to achieve sufficient levels of Digital Literacy (DA) in teachers has currently become a priority in educational development, especially in those who participate in training programs with children and adolescents. This research proposal develops an analysis of the self-perception of Mexican teachers in upper secondary education (EMS), who analyze both their condition and that of their students, regarding the capacity for adaptation that can be experienced in the appropriation of new digital knowledge for their application in virtual or face-to-face teaching practice. To achieve this purpose, a descriptive-explanatory research of a mixed (dominantly quantitative) and transectional nature was developed, through the collection of data from 182 teachers in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico, using convenience sampling. The data collection occured through a survey-type instrument, made up of four sections: sociodemographic data, measurement of teaching digital literacy, perceptions towards the processes to the change. The results of the research allowed the identification of a brief conceptual mdodel on AD in teachers, disposition towards lifelong learning in digital issues, forms of manifestation of processes adaptive to change and perceptions towards the present and the future impact of their subjects.@en
                    [1] => La necesidad de alcanzar niveles suficientes de Alfabetización Digital (AD) en docentes se ha vuelto en la actualidad una prioridad en el desarrollo educativo, especialmente en aquellos que participan en programas formativos con niños y adolescentes. Esta propuesta de investigación desarrolla un análisis de autopercepción de docentes mexicanos en educación media superior (EMS), quienes analizan, tanto su condición como de sus estudiantes, respecto a la capacidad de adaptación que se puede experimentar en la apropiación de nuevos conocimientos digitales para su aplicación en la práctica docente virtual o presencial. Para lograr este propósito, se desarrolló una investigación descriptiva-explicativa de naturaleza mixta (dominante cuantitativo) y transeccional, a través de la recolección de datos de 182 docentes en el estado de Chihuahua, México, utilizando un muestreo por conveniencia. La recolección de datos sucedió a través de un instrumento tipo encuesta, integrado por cuatro secciones: datos sociodemográficos, medición de la alfabetización digital docente, percepciones hacia la capacidad adaptativa de estudiantes y medición de la influencia de las materias que imparte en los procesos adaptativos al cambio. Los resultados de la investigación permitieron la identificación de un modelo conceptual breve sobre la AD en docentes, disposición hacia el aprendizaje permanente en cuestiones digitales, formas de manifestación de procesos adaptativos al cambio y las percepciones hacia el impacto presente y futuro de sus asignaturas.@es
