                    [0] => Open science, defined as a paradigm promoting free access to research outcomes, data, and scientific methods, is reshaping evaluation policies across Europe. This article examines the evaluation strategies implemented in five European countries (United Kingdom, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, and Spain) focusing on their approaches to open science elements such as open access to publications, citizen science, and social impact of research. Through a comparative analysis, the article identifies similarities, divergences, and best practices in each evaluation system, offering different alternatives to strengthen open science adoption in Europe. This study aims to address the challenges in developing an evaluation framework that fosters transparency, accessibility, and accountability in scientific research.@en
                    [1] => La ciencia abierta, entendida como un paradigma que promueve el acceso libre a los resultados de investigación, datos, y métodos científicos, está transformando las políticas de evaluación en Europa. Este artículo analiza la implementación de estrategias de evaluación en cinco países europeos (Reino Unido, Finlandia, Países Bajos, Noruega y España) explorando cómo cada uno aborda aspectos clave de la ciencia abierta, tales como el acceso abierto a publicaciones, la ciencia ciudadana y el impacto social de la investigación. A través de un enfoque comparativo, se identifican similitudes, divergencias y buenas prácticas en sus sistemas de evaluación, con el propósito de ofrecer distintas alternativas para fortalecer la adopción de la ciencia abierta en Europa.
