                    [0] => Introduction: The study reports that the last decade has been marked a fundamental shift in information production, driven by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. In this scenario, the systems analyst-developer, as an information subject, stands out as a crucial agent, acting as an essential producer of information solutions. Objective: The aim is to identify and characterize the production of information and knowledge within the Informational and Communicational Practices of these subjects. We approached this from the perspective of Situated Cognition, aiming to identify the activities and interactive elements involved, and to analyze the complex relationships between information and knowledge in their specific contexts. Methodology: To achieve our objectives, we employed a qualitative and descriptive approach. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, and the results were analyzed using Content Analysis. Results: The findings reveal subjective and adjacent informational contexts incorporate cognitive and contextual elements. These elements aren´t fully accounted for in the current information and knowledge production processes within the ICT sector, and can lead to either positive or negative outcomes depending on whether they´re considered. Conclusion: The informational context of ICT extends beyond pragmatic processes and techniques focused solely on results. It actively mobilizes physical, cognitive, contextual, and social aspects that collectively contribute to the knowledge constructed in our current information society.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: O estudo relata que a última década marcou uma mudança fundamental na produção de informação, impulsionada pelo setor de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Nesse cenário, o Analista-desenvolvedor de sistemas como sujeito informacional se destaca como um agente relevante, atuando como produtor essencial de soluções informacionais. Objetivo: Identificar e caracterizar a produção de informação e conhecimento nas Práticas Informacionais e Comunicacionais desses sujeitos, sob a perspectiva da Cognição Situada. Buscamos, assim, identificar as atividades e os elementos interativos envolvidos, além de analisar as complexas relações de informação e conhecimento em seus contextos específicos. Metodologia: Para alcançar nossos objetivos, empregamos uma abordagem qualitativa e descritiva. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, e na análise dos resultados utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Revelam que os contextos informacionais subjetivos e adjacentes incorporam elementos cognitivos e contextuais que não são totalmente previstos nos processos de produção de informação e conhecimento atualmente em uso nesse segmento da TIC, os quais podem gerar resultados positivos ou negativos quando contempladas ou não. Conclusão: O contexto informacional da TIC vai além dos processos e técnicas pragmáticas em busca de resultados, são mobilizados aspectos físicos, cognitivos, contextuais e sociais que resultam no conhecimento construído na atual sociedade de informação.@pt
