                                            [0] => Este aporte tiene como objetivo comprender cómo los marcos teóricos implícitos en las denominaciones de las organizaciones documentales, bibliotecas, archivos, museos, etc., permiten entender la convergencia de prácticas digitales. Propone el concepto de "infraestructuras documentales" para comprender su rol en la gestión, acceso y preservación de colecciones patrimoniales para integrar aspectos culturales con tecnológicos desde un enfoque socio-técnico.
Se exploran las características de las infraestructuras, invisibilidad, dependencia de prácticas humanas, modularidad, estandarización y momento, en las organizaciones documentales. Estas características permiten entender cómo operan las organizaciones como sistemas complejos que articulan tecnologías, normas y prácticas sociales. Se destaca el impacto de la digitalización, así como la necesidad de abordar críticamente las normas y estándares que pueden perpetuar sesgos culturales y exclusiones.
El concepto de "infraestructuras documentales" ofrece una perspectiva integradora para analizar las organizaciones que gestionan colecciones patrimoniales, destacando su papel en la construcción de memoria colectiva y acceso al conocimiento. Se enfatiza la necesidad de desarrollar tecnologías "entrañables" que permitan una mayor apropiación por parte de las comunidades usuarias y la revisión crítica de los estándares y normas que rigen estas infraestructuras, con el fin de promover una mayor inclusión y justicia social en el acceso a la información.
                                            [1] => This contribution aims to understand how theoretical frameworks implicit in the conceptualization of documentary organizations, libraries, archives, museums, etc., allow us to understand the convergence of digital practices. It proposes the concept of "documentary infrastructures" to understand their role in the management, access and preservation of heritage collections to integrate cultural and technological aspects from a socio-technical approach.
The characteristics of infrastructures, invisibility, dependence on human practices, modularity, standardization and momentum, are explored in regards of documentary organizations. These characteristics allow us to understand how organizations operate as complex systems that articulate technologies, norms and social practices. The impact of digitalization is highlighted, as well as the need to critically address norms and standards that can perpetuate cultural biases and exclusions.
The concept of "documentary infrastructures" offers an integrative perspective to analyze organizations that manage heritage collections, highlighting their role in the construction of collective memory and access to knowledge. The need to develop "endearing" technologies that allow greater appropriation by user communities and the critical review of the standards and norms that govern these infrastructures is emphasized, in order to promote greater inclusion and social justice in access to information.
