                    [0] => Este es un breve ensayo basado en una revisión documental que hace algunas críticas contra la falta de cultura de reconocimiento económico que afectan la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores o profesionales de información documental de bibliotecas universitarias. El enfoque es laborista y crítico, a favor de la situación laboral en lo económico de los trabajadores y critica a los administradores de organizaciones en general y de las bibliotecas universitarias en particular. En dicho enfoque, la cultura de reconocimiento debe ser abordada como una cultura del reconocimiento laborista imbricada en la amplia sombrilla de los aspectos laborales de tipo económico fundamentales para el bienestar de los trabajadores como lo es la estabilidad laboral, el salario, estímulos económicos o financieros adicionales, y la búsqueda de un bienestar laboral integral, sólido y permanente donde impacte positivamente las condiciones laborales económicas y por ende materiales de vida de los trabajadores, al margen de otros tipos de reconocimientos no financieros o económicos.@es
                    [1] => This is a brief essay based on an analysis of literature that addresses some critiques against the lack of an economic recognition culture that affects the job satisfaction of workers and librarians from academic libraries. The approach is from a critical working class perspective, in favor of the economic working conditions of workers, and criticises the managers of organizations in general and from academic libraries in particular. On this approach, the recognition culture must be assessed as a working class recognition culture based under the wide umbrella of the fundamental job aspects of an economic type for the wellbeing of the workers, such as job stability, salary, fringe benefits, and the overall, robust, and permanent search of job wellbeing where the economic working conditions be impacted, and thus the material conditions of life of workers, regardless of the existence of other types of non economic forms of recognition.@en
