                    [0] => El presente artículo aborda las categorías que por muchos años han sido investigadas desde los estudios en paz, desde la academia y organizaciones gubernamentales con el fin de comprender la forma en la que se articulan y despliegan, mostrando el papel protagónico que tiene la comunicación en la construcción de paz y gestión del conflicto. El enfoque epistémico desde el cual se plantea la reflexión, se desarrolla desde una mirada compleja para la cuestión que interpela el presente texto; para ello usaremos la perspectiva propuesta por Morín y Ruíz (2005). Se arribó a la conclusión de que la comunicación permite constituir las identidades de todo sujeto político; sin embargo, esta se ve coartada por las presiones del sistema capitalista y más recientemente llamado neoliberal, que al tener unos elementos que se despliegan por todo el mundo, terminan atravesando categorías que hace unos lustros eran impensables.@es
                    [1] => This article addresses the categories that for many years have been investigated from peace studies, from academia and government organizations in order to understand the way in which they are articulated and deployed, showing the leading role that communication has in the peace building and conflict management. The epistemic approach from which the reflection is raised, is developed from a complex perspective for the question that questions the present text; for this we will use the perspective proposed by Morín and Ruíz (2005). The conclusion was reached that communication allows to constitute the identities of all political subjects; however, this is limited by the pressures of the capitalist system and more recently called neoliberal, which, having elements that are deployed throughout the world, end up crossing categories that were unthinkable a few decades ago.@en
