                    [0] => This work reveals in the professional librarian field, a practice called mindfulness, with a lay focus. It is postulated that the library is an instrument of secular spiritual progress, in this line of thought, it presents a look at the challenges of the librarian as Conscious Librarian, as a counterpoint to the Decalogue of the Eco Librarian that presents a librarian who suffers from bournot.Mindfulness, also known as mindfulness, offers the practitioner from the management of pain or stress, to the indirect achievement of more daily objectives such as improving attention and concentration in the study and / or work, as there is evidence available and testimonies with regard to its contribution against these disorders of psychosocial health and the reorientation of life and work.It seems opportune to open up the possibility that mindfulness be used as a tool to help librarians, for their professional performance in the areas of self-care, the prevention of severe pathologiessuch as stress or the so-called bournot, and work with collaborative and same attention with library users, as postulated by the works of Mastel, K., Innes, G. (2013), Moniz, R., (Moniz, R.et.al, 2015, Moniz, 2016), Wendy C et. al., (2017), Charney, M., Colvin, J. (2017).On the other hand, it is noted that the library itself currently in the Hispanic world, offers opportunities for the study, practice and dissemination of mindfulness in the library, both in outreach services or in their own specialized collections, aimed at users or readers.It is postulated as a conclusion that continuous practice involves the opportunity to be open to appreciate and recognize the call of the profession to learn and unlearn in the present to go attentively to co-create the answers for a viable future of the library.@en
                    [1] => Este trabajo da a conocer en el ámbito profesional bibliotecario, una práctica llamada atención plena, con un enfoque laico. Se postula que la biblioteca es un instrumento del progreso espiritual laico, en esta línea de pensamiento, se presenta una mirada a los desafíos del bibliotecario como Bibliotecario Consciente, como contrapunto del Decálogo del Bibliotecario de Eco que presenta a un bibliotecario que padece de bournot.La atención plena, conocida también como mindfulness, ofrece al practicante desde el manejo del dolor o el estrés, hasta la consecución indirecta de objetivos más cotidianos como la mejora de la atención y concentración en el estudio y o el trabajo, pues hay evidencias disponibles y testimonios en lo relativo a su contribución contra estos trastornos de la salud psicosocial y la reorientación de la vida y el trabajo.Parece oportuno abrir la posibilidad a que el mindfulness sea empleada como una herramienta al auxilio de los bibliotecarios, para su desempeño profesional en las áreas de autocuidado, la prevención de patologías severas como el estrés o el llamado burnout, y el trabajo con colaborativo y la atención misma con los usuarios de biblioteca, tal como postulan los trabajos de Mastel,K., Innes, G. (2013), Moniz, R., (Moniz, R. et.al, 2015, Moniz, 2016), Wendy C. et. al., (2017),Charney, M., Colvin, J. (2017).Por otra parte, se constata que la propia biblioteca actualmente en el mundo hispano, ofrece oportunidades para el estudio, práctica y difusión del mindfulness en la biblioteca, tanto en servicios de divulgación o en sus propias colecciones especializadas, dirigidas a los usuarios o lectores.Se postula como conclusión que la práctica continua supone la oportunidad de estar abierto a apreciar y reconocer el llamado de la profesión a aprender y desaprender en el presente para ir con toda atención a co-crear las respuestas para un futuro viable de la biblioteca.@es
