                    [0] => Objective: This research aims to identify the elements/processes related to UX practices in information services, given the need to adapt libraries to the real needs of users.
Methods: It is a qualitative study, exploratory in nature, and based on bibliographic procedures.
Results: Through a review of national and international literature, a Bibliographic Portfolio (BP) was formed, making it possible to verify the processes that can contribute to improving the user experience in information services provided by libraries. Three aspects inherent to the practice of UX in information services were identified: dimensions, technologies and/or instruments, and practical applications.
Conclusions: It was concluded that UX in information services has distinct perspectives, but it is necessary to delineate a path for best practices, considering information services that are suitable for the current reality of users.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: Identificar os elementos/processos sobre as práticas de UX em serviços informacionais, diante da necessidade de adequar bibliotecas às reais necessidades dos usuários.
Método: Trata-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa, de caráter exploratório e procedimental bibliográfico.
Resultado: Por meio de uma revisão de literatura nacional e internacional, formou-se um Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB), sendo possível verificar os processos que possam contribuir para a melhora da Experiência do Usuário em serviços informacionais prestados por bibliotecas. Apontaram-se três aspectos inerentes à prática de UX em serviços informacionais: as dimensões, as tecnologias e/ou instrumentos e as aplicações práticas.
Conclusões: Concluiu-se que a UX em serviços informacionais possui distintas perspectivas, mas que é necessário delimitar um caminho para as melhores práticas, visando serviços informacionais adequados à realidade atual dos usuários.@pt
