                    [0] => Objective: This study addresses the processes of Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems in organizational psychology in addition to identifying some current experiences and findings after its use. Methodology: Through a bibliographic review, technological advances and their effects on the recruitment and retention of talent are analyzed, delving into the use of predictive algorithms and digital platforms in person-position fit, with an analytical approach based, reviewing recent research and case studies in organizational environments that implement AI. Results and Discussion: The findings demonstrate that AI improves accuracy and objectivity in personnel selection; however, ethical challenges persist, such as the need for human supervision to avoid algorithmic bias and promote equity. Conclusion: It is concluded that, despite its benefits in organizational psychology, the implementation of AI must be continuously evaluated to balance efficiency with ethical responsibility, thus ensuring fair and sustainable decisions in human resources. Contribution: The relevance of this topic lies in AI´s ability to transform recruitment processes, optimizing time and resources and minimizing subjective biases, with a significant impact on efficiency and job satisfaction.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: El presente estudio aborda los procesos de Integración de sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en psicología organizacional además de identificar algunas experiencias y hallazgos actuales tras su uso. Metodología: Mediante una revisión bibliográfica, se analizan avances tecnológicos y sus efectos en el reclutamiento y retención de talento, profundizando en el uso de algoritmos predictivos y plataformas digitales en el ajuste persona-puesto, con enfoque analítico basado, revisando investigaciones recientes y estudios de caso en entornos organizacionales que implementan IA .Resultados y Discusión:  Los hallazgos demuestran que la IA mejora la precisión y objetividad en la selección de personal; sin embargo, persisten desafíos éticos, como la necesidad de supervisión humana para evitar el sesgo algorítmico y promover la equidad. Conclusión: Se concluye que, pese a sus beneficios en psicología organizacional, la implementación de IA debe evaluarse continuamente para equilibrar eficiencia con responsabilidad ética, garantizando así decisiones justas y sustentables en recursos humanos. Aporte: La relevancia de este tema radica en la capacidad de la IA para transformar procesos de selección de personal, optimizando tiempos y recursos, y minimizando sesgos subjetivos, con un impacto significativo en la eficiencia y satisfacción laboral.@es
