                    [0] => This article starts with the cinematic realism proposed by André Bazin (1991) to reflect on the fissures found in adaptations of mythological figures such as Jesus Christ and Medea, made by the Italian Pier Paolo Pasolini and the Danish Lars von Trier. In this sense, Il Vangelo Secondo Matteo (Pasolini, 1964), Medea (Pasolini, 1969), and Medea (Trier, 1988) are the films chosen as collateral to the thoughts of Bazin and Kracauer (2009). The discussion is based on a series of connections and analyses between the theory and the mentioned films. In addition to Bazin and Kracauer, studies such as those by Aumont and Marie (2003), Durand (1999), Edgar-Hunt, Marland, and Rawle (2013), Figueira (2000), among others, form the methodological body of the article, since the gaps discussed throughout our exposition sometimes make it difficult to easily recognize their boundaries.@en
                    [1] => O presente artigo toma como ponto de partida o realismo cinematográfico proposto por André Bazin (1991) para se refletir a respeito das fissuras encontradas nas adaptações de figuras mitológicas como Jesus Cristo e Medeia, realizadas pelo italiano Pier Paolo Pasolini e pelo dinamarquês Lars von Trier. Nesse sentido, Il Vangelo Secondo Matteo (Pasolini, 1964), Medea (Pasolini, 1969) e Medea (Trier, 1988) são os filmes escolhidos como colaterais ao pensamento de Bazin e Kracauer (2009). A discussão objetiva se baseia em uma série de aproximações e levantamentos entre a teoria e os filmes mencionados. Além de Bazin e Kracauer, estudos como os de Aumont e Marie (2003), Durand (1999), Edgar-Hunt, Marland e Rawle (2013), Figueira (2000), entre outros, formam o corpo metodológico do artigo, uma vez que as brechas discutidas ao longo da nossa exposição, por vezes, não permitem reconhecer suas extremidades facilmente.@pt
