                    [0] => Introduction: This research aims to analyze the digital preservation strategies adopted in a historical digital photographic collection, Brasiliana Fotográfica. This portal was implemented through a partnership between the National Library and the Moreira Salles Institute. It has the collaboration of three partner institutions that provide images to be disseminated in the portal´s virtual environment. The items found are photographic images from the 19th and 20th centuries that were digitized and are currently available for access in the National Digital Library of Brazil - BNDigital. Objective: To analyze the digital preservation strategies adopted by Brasiliana Fotográfica in order to protect the digitized material and make it available for access by future generations. Methodology: The study presents a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach with bibliographic research. Results: The concepts of digital preservation, digital curation, as well as the theoretical framework and the analysis of the National Library´s digital preservation policy were included. Conclusion: The research analyzes the Digital Curation portal, Brasiliana Fotográfica, through the aspects of digital preservation of digitized historical photographs. Highlighting the importance of preserving and storing this material for later access by future generations.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar as estratégias de preservação digital adotadas em um acervo fotográfico digital histórico, a Brasiliana Fotográfica. Esse portal implementou-se através da parceria entre a Biblioteca Nacional e o Instituto Moreira Salles. Ele conta com a colaboração de treze instituições parceiras que fornecem imagens para serem divulgadas no ambiente virtual do portal. Os itens presentes correspondem a imagens fotográficas do século XIX e XX que foram digitalizadas e atualmente encontram-se para acesso na Biblioteca Nacional Digital do Brasil - BNDigital. Objetivo: Realizar uma análise das estratégias de preservação digital adotadas pela Brasiliana Fotográfica a fim de salvaguardar o material digitalizado e deixá-lo disponível para acesso por gerações futuras. Metodologia: O estudo apresenta uma abordagem qualitativa, de caráter exploratório e descritivo com pesquisa bibliográfica. Resultados: Foram abordados os conceitos de preservação digital, curadoria digital, como também o referencial teórico e a análise da política de preservação digital da Biblioteca Nacional. Conclusão: A pesquisa analisa o portal de Curadoria Digital, Brasiliana Fotográfica, através dos aspectos de preservação digital das fotografias históricas digitalizadas. Evidenciando a importância da preservação e guarda desse material para acesso posterior de gerações futuras.@pt
