                                            [0] => Based on the success of intem and extern communication, this work is meant to show how well and in which capability a library can integrate with the environment and its users and so provide a definition for a good information service structure. This paper presents data and information conceming the methods, practices and procedures of communication and conflicting areas of interaction and integration between the library and its users. Some conclusions are also presented eVidencing a need for a detectableand evident communication pattem to guide intem and relationship decision-makingtoward the library's diverse users.
                                            [1] => Apresenta a qualidade e capacidade de integração da biblioteca com o ambiente e com os seus públicos, baseadas no êxito da comunicação praticada tanto intema como extemamente. Levanta dados e informações referentes aos métodos, práticas e procedimentos de comunicação utilizados e os pontos de estrangulamento de interação/integração entre a biblioteca e seus públicos. São também apresentadas algumas conclusões que constatam sobretudo a necessidade de um padrão de comunicação detectável e evidente a orientar as decisões internas e de relacionamento com os seus diversos públicos.
