                    [1] => o ensino de Biblioteconomia no Brasil passou por distintos períodos históricos para, a partir dos anos 90, como reflexo de um contexto mundial, deparar-se com uma nova realidade: a do moderno profissional da informação (MIP), mormente a partir dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pela FID. A partir de uma revisão da literatura da área, discutem-se aspectos atinentes ao conceito, às características e às linhas de ação do MIP - principalmente no âmbito das "Três Marias" (Arquivologia, Biblioteconomia e Museologia) - para se chegar a propostas quanto à sua formação no Brasil, em âmbito de educação continuada e de ensino de graduação.@pt
