From this caractherization of quality, we thougth situating it as more weapon for the domination of worker 'simposed by the productive tendencies.
                                            [1] => Este artigo pretende discutir a possibilidade de manifestação da resistência por parte dos trabalhadores empregados em empresas que se utilizam da gestão da qualidade total. Resgata, portanto, a questão da qualidade como uma tecnologia que busca a otimização da produção, através da adaptação e envolvimento do trabalhador às metas da empresa. A partir dessa caracterização da qualidade, pensando situá-la como mais um instrumento de dominação dos trabalhadores imposto pelas tendências produtivas.
