The aim was to do one comparation of reviews published in scientific Brazilian periodicals and publised in other countries. The results showed similarities in relation to introduction ofthe thematic ofthe books. There are characteristics more presents in brazilian reviews than of the other countries.

O objetivo foi comparar resenhas publicadas em periódicos científicos brasileiros e publicados em outros países. Os resultado mostraram similaridades em relação à introdução da temática dos livros. Há características mais presentes nas resenhas brasileiras do que nos de outros países.
