                    [0] => The following text presents the main actions taken by the Legislative Assembly of Santa Catarina for compliance of Federal Law 12.244/2010 – regarding mandatory libraries in schools – culminating in a public hearing. It points out relationships and articulations between representatives of the different institutions involved. The reception of the Santa Catarina legislature, the stage for this debate, and what was exposed in it, shows that the school library - an institution for reading, information, knowledge, and writing - is intertwined with many other institutions, public and private, at the local, state and national spheres. From this joint effort, it is clear that it is necessary to discuss public policies aimed at the school library to guarantee its quality, for students. In the name of this cause, it is urgent to strengthen dialogues and establish alliances between institutions, managers, and professionals. The public hearing indicated possible ways to achieve this. The formation of Working Groups based on the propositions presented is one of them.@en
                    [1] => Este texto expõe principais ações junto à Assembleia Legislativa de Santa Catarina visando o cumprimento da Lei Federal 12.244/2010 – obrigatoriedade de biblioteca nas escolas - culminando numa audiência pública. Aponta relações e articulações entre representantes das diferentes instituições envolvidas com essa temática. Do acolhimento do legislativo catarinense, palco desse debate, e do que foi exposto nele, evidencia que a biblioteca escolar - instituição de leitura, informação, conhecimento e escrita - está entrelaçada a muitas outras instituições, públicas e privadas, nos âmbitos local, estadual e nacional. Desse esforço conjunto, se depreende: é preciso discutir políticas públicas voltadas à biblioteca escolar, para garanti-la, com qualidade, aos estudantes. Em nome dessa causa, é urgente estreitar diálogos e estabelecer alianças entre instituições, gestores e profissionais. A audiência pública indicou caminhos possíveis para tal. A formação de Grupos de Trabalho pautados nas proposições apresentadas, é um deles.@pt
