                    [0] => In order to investigate how the Institutional Research Laboratories (LIPqs) and the Institutional Research Support Infrastructures (AIPqs) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) manage the flow of information and knowledge within their innovative organizational processes, this article presents a preliminary excerpt from an ongoing master´s dissertation. The proposal was to carry out a literature review on topics related to the flow of information and knowledge in university research infrastructures and their relationship with innovative processes. The methodology involved searches in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, resulting in the selection of 137 articles. The results highlight the relevance and recurrence of these topics, presenting important concepts and perspectives on information, knowledge, innovation, and research infrastructures. It is concluded that understanding how information and knowledge flows within LIPqs and AIPqs can contribute to innovation, both within and beyond the university, will depend on field research in these units, through mapping, interviews, and document analysis. These procedures will make it possible to identify how informational flows are used and managed in their organizational processes and how they are (or are not) applied in their innovation processes.@en
                    [1] => A fim de investigar como os Laboratórios Institucionais de Pesquisa (LIPqs) e as Infraestruturas de Apoio Institucional à Pesquisa (AIPqs) da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) gerenciam o fluxo de informação e conhecimento em seus processos organizacionais inovativos, este artigo apresenta um recorte preliminar de uma dissertação de mestrado em andamento. A proposta foi realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre os temas relacionados ao fluxo de informação e de conhecimento nas infraestruturas de pesquisa universitárias e sua relação com os processos inovativos. A metodologia consistiu em buscas nas bases Scopus e Web of Science, resultando na seleção de 137 artigos. Os resultados evidenciam a relevância e recorrência das temáticas, apresentando conceitos e perspectivas relevantes sobre informação, conhecimento, inovação e infraestruturas de pesquisa. Conclui-se que a compreensão sobre como o fluxo de informação e conhecimento nos LIPqs e AIPqs pode contribuir para a inovação, dentro e fora da universidade, dependerá da realização de pesquisa de campo nessas unidades, por meio de mapeamento, entrevistas e pesquisa documental. Esses procedimentos permitirão identificar como os fluxos informacionais são utilizados e gerenciados em seus processos organizacionais e de que forma são aplicados (ou não) nos processos inovativos.@pt
