                                            [0] => The Information and Knowledge Management is a dynamic scientific field that deals with the development of epistemological and methodological procedures. This research aims to evaluate the citing-cited network, most productive researchers and most cited researchers based on the complete works published in GT - 4 - Information and Knowledge Management of the National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Information Science, in the period from 2018 to 2022. As methodological procedures, the works presented in GT - 4 - Information and Knowledge Management of the National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Information Science were used. To identify the Research Elite, a corpus of 147 Oral Communications was studied. Then, the most cited authors were identified through works published only by the Research Elite. An asymmetric 22x48 matrix was constructed, relating to the most productive researchers and the most cited researchers in order to generate the citing-cited network. As a result, it is highlighted that the most productive researchers developed the following themes: content analysis, collaborative learning, intangible assets, among others. Regarding the most cited researchers, it was observed that 41.7% are foreigners, with emphasis on the United States and Japan. In the citing-cited network, there is a great plurality and dispersion of theoretical references adopted by the citers. As conclusion, it was found that the citing-cited network highlights the singularities that are contributing to the development and construction of knowledge based on strategies, policies and scientific relationships between the different actors present in this relational space.
                                            [1] => A Gestão da Informação e Conhecimento é um campo científico dinâmico que trata do desenvolvimento de procedimentos epistemológicos e metodológicos. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo avaliar a rede citante-citado, pesquisadores mais produtivos e pesquisadores mais citados, a partir dos trabalhos completos publicados no GT – 4 – Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento da Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-graduação em Ciência da Informação, no período de 2018 a 2022. Como procedimentos metodológicos, utilizaram-se os trabalhos apresentados no GT – 4 – Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento da Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-graduação em Ciência da Informação. Para a identificação da Elite de Pesquisa, trabalhou-se com o corpus de 147 Comunicações Orais. Em seguida, identificaram-se os autores mais citados por meio dos trabalhos publicados somente pela Elite de Pesquisa. Construiu-se uma matriz assimétrica 22x48, relativa aos pesquisadores mais produtivos e aos pesquisadores mais citados, a fim de gerar a rede citante-citado. Como resultados, destaca-se que os pesquisadores mais produtivos desenvolveram as seguintes temáticas: análise de conteúdo, aprendizagem colaborativa, ativos intangíveis, entre outras. Em relação aos pesquisadores mais citados, observou-se que 41,7% são estrangeiros, com destaque para os Estados Unidos e Japão. Na rede citante-citado, há uma grande pluralidade e dispersão de referentes teóricos adotados pelo citante. Como conclusões, verificou-se que a rede citante-citado evidencia as singularidades que estão contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e construção do conhecimento a partir das estratégias, políticas e relações científicas entre os diferentes atores presentes nesse espaço relacional.
