                    [0] => This paper analyzes the use of archives as central instruments for investigating human rights violations committed against indigenous peoples, with a specific focus on the actions of the company Paranapanema S/A and its impact on indigenous communities located in the Amazon region. Descriptive and exploratory in nature, the study contextualizes the emergence of research initiatives and legal actions launched in the period following the work of the National Truth Commission, highlighting the collective effort to understand the complex relationships between private companies and the military dictatorship in Brazil. In this process, the relevance of documentary and oral sources stands out, whose critical analysis has proven to be fundamental both for the historical reconstruction of the facts and for the formulation of policies of memory, truth and reparation.@en
                    [1] => O presente trabalho analisa a utilização de arquivos como instrumentos centrais para a investigação das violações de direitos humanos cometidas contra povos indígenas, com foco específico na atuação da empresa Paranapanema S/A e seu impacto sobre comunidades indígenas localizadas na região amazônica. De caráter descritivo-exploratório, o estudo contextualiza a emergência de iniciativas de pesquisa e de ações judiciais deflagradas no período posterior aos trabalhos da Comissão Nacional da Verdade, ressaltando o esforço coletivo para compreender as complexas articulações entre empresas privadas e o regime ditatorial militar no Brasil. Nesse processo, destaca-se a relevância das fontes documentais e orais, cuja análise crítica tem se mostrado fundamental tanto para a reconstrução histórica dos fatos quanto para a formulação de políticas de memória, verdade e reparação.@pt
