                    [0] => The objective of the present study was to identify affective behavior in the teacher-student relationship in the teaching-learning process of professional skills. The research had a qualitative and quantitative approach, with an exploratory, descriptive and case study character. Empirical data were collected through the application of two questionnaires, one to students and the other to teachers of modular technical courses at a secondary level, at a Public Education Institution in the State of São Paulo. The research made it possible to understand that affectivity in the teacher-student relationship, from a teaching and student perspective, impacts learning and the acquisition of skills for work, including socio-emotional skills and competencies: teamwork, collaborative problem solving, decision-making decision, communication, empathy and creativity.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo do presente estudo foi identificar o comportamento afetivo na relação professor-aluno diante do processo de ensino-aprendizagem de competências profissionais. A pesquisa teve abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, com caráter exploratório, descritivo e estudo de caso. Os dados empíricos foram coletados por meio da aplicação de dois questionários, um a discentes e outro a docentes de cursos técnicos modulares de nível médio, de uma Instituição de Ensino Pública do Estado de São Paulo. A pesquisa possibilitou apreender que a afetividade na relação professor-aluno, sob a ótica docente e discente, impacta na aprendizagem e na aquisição de competências para o trabalho, contemplando as habilidades e competências socioemocionais: trabalho em equipe, resolução colaborativa de problemas, tomadas de decisão, comunicação, empatia e criatividade.@pt
