                    [0] => Ageis methods emerged as a response to the failure of large and complex software development projects in the 1990, where results were presented only end of project. This new management model proposes short cycles, with fast and continuous deliveries and direct interaction with the client. In this same period we will also emerge the first models of knowledge management that can be understood as a set of processes aiming at creation, assembly, dissemination and utilization of knowledge, aligned with the objectives of the institution, considering sources of knowledge internal and external to the organization. The association of two old methods, specifically the Scrum framework, and the management of knowledge was the investigation that motivated this story that aims to explore the elements of the Scrum framework and possible associations with the management of knowledge. For this reason, a descriptive and exploratory study was carried out with documentary and bibliographic research techniques for theoretical-methodological foundation and discussion in an experience report on the practice of Scrum in the reality of contemporary organizations. The experience reported as Scrum was built from the practical experience of two authors who have worked directly with the method in the last decade (2014-2023). The results show aspects of the practical reality for the implementation of Scrum, as well as possible associations with stages and processes of knowledge management models. It highlighted that despite having a well-defined structure, Scrum is built by the collective intelligence of the people it uses, which is similar to knowledge management models.@en
                    [1] => Os métodos ágeis surgiram como resposta ao fracasso de grandes e complexos projetos de desenvolvimento de software na década de 1990, nos quais os resultados eram apresentados somente no final. Esse novo modelo de gestão propôs ciclos curtos, com entregas rápidas e contínuas e interação direta com o cliente. Neste mesmo período, também surgiram os primeiros modelos de gestão do conhecimento, visando à criação, ao armazenamento, à disseminação e à utilização do conhecimento, alinhados com os objetivos da instituição, considerando fontes de conhecimento internas e externas à organização. A associação dos métodos ágeis, especificamente do framework Scrum, e da gestão do conhecimento foi a indagação que motivou este relato, que objetivou discorrer sobre os elementos do framework Scrum e possíveis associações com a gestão do conhecimento. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo descritivo com técnicas de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica para a fundamentação teórico-metodológica e discussão em um relato de experiência construído a partir da vivência teórica e prática da autora na última década (2014-2023). As associações das práticas com o Scrum, por meio dos seus três pilares, com a gestão do conhecimento, demonstraram-se possíveis com um ambiente de compartilhamento e captação e a retenção do conhecimento com registro de ações. Além disso, ciclos e variáveis dos modelos de gestão do conhecimento contribuem para a inspeção e a adaptação. Apesar de possuírem uma estrutura bem definida, ambos os construtos são construídos pela inteligência coletiva das pessoas que os utilizam, fomentando a aplicação das práticas em contextos reais.@pt
