                                            [0] => This work has as objective to characterize the treatment of the information and the communication in the organizational administration, making emphasis in the university context starting from the proposal of a questionnaire that allows determining the quality of the information. The method of the documental analysis is used in the revision of the literature on the topic so much at international level as national being the importance of the processes informative-talkative, the quality of the information and the structure of the flows that take place between the different dependences and its appropriate administration for the organizational success. He stands out the utility of the diagrams of flows for the representation of the information and of the communication channels to use, being arrivedto conclusions.
                                            [1] => Este trabajo tiene como objetivo caracterizar el tratamiento de la información y la comunicación en la gestión organizacional, particularizando en el contexto universitario a partir de la propuesta de un cuestionario que permita determinar la calidad de la información. Se utiliza el método del análisis documental en la revisión de la literatura sobre el tema tanto a nivel internacional como nacional tratándose la importancia de los procesos informativos-comunicacionales, la calidad de la información y la estructura de los flujos que tienen lugar entre las diferentes dependencias y su gestión adecuada para el éxito organizacional. Se destaca la utilidad de los flujogramas para la representación de la información y de los canales de comunicación a utilizar, arribándose a conclusiones, sustentadas en una adecuada gestión de la información y su comunicación a través de los distintos canales desde un flujo de información vertical en condiciones de respeto mutuo.
