                    [1] => Relata o modelo gerencial adotado para a gestão do Sistema CFB/CRBs no período de 2007 a 2012. Destaca a necessidade encontrada para compreender o cenário de atuação da instituição, o que conduziu ao emprego de levantamento, análise de busca de informação para apoiar a tomada de decisão a partir do entendimento de que se tratava de uma organização a serviços do ambiente. Aponta que o entendimento dos aspectos que envolvem a formação e atuação do profissional que atua na biblioteca foram basilares para prospectar o cenário informacional analisado. Discorre sobre os aspectos conceituais e de execução do trabalho que conduziu a composição de dois programas: um estruturante e outro mobilizador, os quais direcionaram as ações relatadas. Conclui que a apropriação da informação contribuiu de modo significativo para arquitetar o caminho que foi trilhado.@pt
