                                            [0] => It is examined the strategic conception of the Information Management and the Knowledge Management in the organizations. It is presented the characteristics and components of these managerial processes and the way in that they contribute to the creation of intelligent organizations as a result of the development of an appropriate Organizational Intelligence (IO). It is analyzed the particularities of the intelligence as organizational capacity and the benefits that offers to the institutional contexts. As a result she offers a proposal of processes and strategic resources that conform the Information and Knowledge Management and of their impact in the creation or consolidation of the intelligence and the intelligent organizations. This proposal is conceived starting from the design and development of an institutional structure of information and of knowledge that allows the strategic development of both managerial processes.
                                            [1] => El artículo aborda la concepción estratégica de la Gestión de Información y la Gestión del Conocimiento en las organizaciones. Se presentan las principales características y componentes de estos procesos gerenciales y el modo en que contribuyen a la creación de organizaciones inteligentes como resultado del desarrollo de una adecuada Inteligencia Organizacional (IO). En correspondencia, se realiza un análisis de las particularidades de la inteligencia como capacidad organizacional y los beneficios que ofrece a los contextos institucionales. Como resultado se ofrece una propuesta de procesos y recursos estratégicos que conforman la Gestión de Información y del Conocimiento y que inciden en la creación o consolidación de la inteligencia y las organizaciones inteligentes. Dicha propuesta se concibe a partir del diseño y desarrollo de una estructura institucional de información y de conocimiento que permita el desarrollo estratégico de ambos procesos de gestión.
