                                            [0] => The purpose of this article was to analyze internal communication in nurses who telework in the context of pandemic, belonging to a hospital in Metropolitan Lima. For this purpose, a qualitative research with a reflexive thematic analysis design was carried out. Fifteen nurses participated in a semi-structured interview and the specialized software ATLAS.ti.23 was used for the analysis of the information. Four relevant themes were obtained as results: on the one hand, corporate and professional commitment, which generates an adequate work performance. On the other hand, there is the negative representation of the environment, which includes both the unfavorable image of the organization and the negative perception of pandemic communication. On the other hand, the integration of the work team was found, which includes the strengthening of teamwork, which is opposed to communication barriers. Finally, the information shared among the members of the organization was found, which includes the different means of communication, as well as information about working conditions. It is concluded that internal communication in nurses comprises four areas such as corporate and professional commitment, in contrast to this, a negative representation of the environment is presented. Finally, there is an integration of the work team, as well as information shared by the team members, which is not free of limitations.
                                            [1] => El presente artículo tuvo como finalidad analizar la comunicación interna entre enfermeras que realizan teletrabajo en el contexto de pandemia, pertenecientes a un hospital de Lima Metropolitana. Para ello se realizó una investigación cualitativa con diseño de análisis temático reflexivo. Participaron 15 enfermeras, a quienes se les realizó una entrevista semiestructurada, y para el análisis de la información se utilizó el software especializado ATLAS.ti 23. Se obtuvo como resultados cuatro temas de relevancia. Por un lado, el compromiso corporativo y profesional, el cual genera un adecuado desempeño laboral, y por otro, se encuentra la representación negativa del entorno, la cual comprende la imagen desfavorable de la organización y la percepción negativa sobre la comunicación en pandemia. Además, se encontró la integración del equipo de trabajo, que considera el fortalecimiento del trabajo en equipo, lo cual se contrapone a las barreras de comunicación. Finalmente, se encontró la información compartida entre las miembros de la organización, que abarcó los diferentes medios de comunicación, así como la información acerca de las condiciones laborales. Se concluye que la comunicación interna entre enfermeras abarca áreas como el compromiso corporativo y profesional; en contraposición, se presenta una representación negativa del entorno. Finalmente, existió una integración del equipo de trabajo; asimismo, al interior se facilita la información compartida por las miembros del equipo, la cual no se encuentra exenta de limitaciones.
