                                            [0] => Therapeutic techniques are the subject of study in several areas of knowledge. Thus, bibliotherapy is a research topic with broad ramifications. The research problem was centered on the question: what are the scientific investigations after the COVID-19 pandemic on the impacts of the application of literature through the therapeutic strategy of bibliotherapy?. The primary objective of the study was to investigate, through studies published as theses and dissertations in the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BTDT), the application of reading and information as a therapeutic strategy in the social context transformed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methodology was qualitative, with an approach through bibliographic research, with specification in the systematic literature review. The research descriptor was “bibliotherapy”, with inclusion criteria, studies published from 2020 to 2025, to cover the context of diverse changes after the COVID-19 pandemic. The exclusion criterion applied was conceptual studies of bibliotherapy, without practical intervention of the therapeutic technique. After applying the criteria, 12 studies were selected for the systematic review. The results indicated that bibliotherapy is indicated as an instrument and therapeutic tool for special groups such as children and the elderly, with varied benefits to be investigated comprehensively, these being suggestions for future research, in view of the verification that bibliotherapy contributes to the individual's health.

                                            [1] => As técnicas terapêuticas são objeto de estudo de diversas áreas do conhecimento. Desse modo, a biblioterapia é um tema de investigação de amplas ramificações. O problema de pesquisa foi centrado na pergunta de: quais são as investigações científicas após a pandemia de COVID-19 sobre os impactos da aplicação da literatura pela estratégia terapêutica da biblioterapia?. O objetivo primário do estudo foi investigar, por meio de estudos publicados como teses e dissertações na Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BTDT), a aplicação da leitura e da informação enquanto estratégia terapêutica no contexto social transformado pela pandemia de COVID-19. A metodologia de pesquisa foi qualitativa, com abordagem pela pesquisa bibliográfica, com especificação na revisão sistemática de literatura. O descritor da pesquisa foi “biblioterapia”, com critério de inclusão, os estudos publicados de 2020 a 2025, para abranger o contexto de mudanças diversas após a pandemia de COVID-19. Foi aplicado como critério de exclusão estudos conceituais da biblioterapia, sem intervenção prática da técnica terapêutica. Após a aplicação dos critérios, foram selecionados 12 estudos para a revisão sistemática. Os resultados indicaram que a biblioterapia é indicada como instrumento e ferramenta terapêutica para grupos especiais como crianças e idosos, com variados benefícios a serem investigados de forma abrangente, sendo estas as sugestões para pesquisas futuras, tendo em vista a verificação de que a biblioterapia contribui para a saúde do indivíduo.
