                                            [0] => This study aims to point out recommendations and adaptations of architectural accessibility applicable to libraries to become able to receive people with disabilities in an inclusive way. It consists of a qualitative research with exploratory and descriptive approach. Bibliographical and documentary study, presents the context of the inclusion of people with disabilities based on Brazilian legislation. Regarding the architectural accessibility applied to the library, it adopts the regulations of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards. The concept of library, society and its relationship with the disabled person is based on several authors and works related to Librarianship and Information Science. Finally, the study contextualizes and highlights possible adaptations and improvements to libraries, as a diffuser and democratizer of information and thus promoting access to the physical space of the library to all audiences.
                                            [1] => Este estudo tem como objetivo apontar recomendações de acessibilidade arquitetônica aplicáveis às bibliotecas para que se tornem aptas a receber de forma inclusiva as pessoas com deficiência. Consiste em uma pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem exploratória e descritiva. Estudo bibliográfico e documental, apresenta o contexto da inclusão da pessoa com deficiência embasado na legislação brasileira. No que se refere à acessibilidade arquitetônica aplicada à biblioteca, adota as normativas da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas. O conceito de biblioteca, sociedade e sua relação com a pessoa com deficiência está pautado em diversos autores e obras relacionados à Biblioteconomia e à Ciência da Informação. Por fim, o estudo contextualiza e destaca possíveis adaptações e melhorias para bibliotecas, como difusor e democratizador da informação e assim, promovendo o acesso ao espaço físico da biblioteca a todos os públicos.
