                    [0] => This article envisages a reflection on the representation of Afro-religious culture in museums in Pelotas, using social museology and shared and collaborative management as possible ways to assist in this cultural mobility. The city of Pelotas, located in the south of Rio Grande do Sul, has had an expressive Afro-Brazilian presence since its origin, however, the representation of black people in the city´s museums is limited to the association of black people with slavery, when it occurs. Through a survey carried out with managers of the main museums and institutions in the city and religious representatives, we sought to understand the main reasons associated with the absence of representation of Afro culture in museums and the identification of problems that orbit the silencing of black people, among them, the difficulty in working with these collections in the expographic and cultural discourses organized in these spaces. For this reason, this work seeks to identify what are the main difficulties associated with the theme, and to present the shared and collaborative management model developed at the Museum of the Republic of Rio de Janeiro as a possible direction to expand the representation of Afro-religious culture in the region.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo vislumbra uma reflexão sobre a representação da cultura afro-religiosa nos museus de Pelotas, utilizando a museologia social e a gestão compartilhada e colaborativa como possíveis caminhos para auxiliar nesta mobilidade cultural. A cidade de Pelotas, localizada no sul do Rio Grande do Sul, apresenta uma expressiva presença afro-brasileira desde a sua origem, no entanto, a representação dos negros nos museus da cidade se limita à associação do negro a escravidão, quando ocorre. Por intermédio de uma pesquisa realizada com os gestores dos principais museus e instituições da cidade e representantes religiosos, buscou-se compreender os principais motivos associados à ausência da representação da cultura afro nos museus e a identificação de problemáticas que orbitam o silenciamento do povo negro, dentre elas, a dificuldade em trabalhar com estes acervos nos discursos expográficos e culturais agenciados nesses espaços. Por esse motivo, este trabalho busca identificar quais são as principais dificuldades associadas ao tema, assim como apresentar o modelo de gestão compartilhada e colaborativa desenvolvido no Museu da República do Rio de Janeiro como um possível direcionamento para expandir a representação da cultural afro-religiosa na região.@pt
