                                            [0] => The preservation of the archaeological heritage presupposes the existence of guidelines that support and give deep meaning to the heritage. This process, done in a thoughtless way, leads to forgetting the reasons that lead to selecting, preserving and valuing memory indicators. Based on this premise, the object of study are the archaeological collections formed in the state of Rondônia, protected by museums, guarding and research institutions of the archaeological heritage. The Musealization of Archeology assumes itself as the theoretical horizon of apprehension of the discussions. First, based on interviews, the conditions of some of the institutions that keep archaeological collections in Rondônia are presented, as well as reflections on the flows and processes of generation of these collections; finally, through the observation of collaborative experiences, alternatives of qualified sociocultural appropriations of the archaeological heritage are analyzed. With this, it is possible to form a judgment about the conditions of safeguard, social and public use of the mentioned heritage assets.
                                            [1] => A preservação do patrimônio arqueológico pressupõe a existência de diretrizes que alicerçam e conferem profundo sentido à patrimonialização. Esse processo feito de maneira não refletida conduz ao esquecimento das razões que levam a selecionar, preservar e valorizar indicadores de memória. A partir dessa premissa, têm-se como objeto de estudo as coleções arqueológicas formadas no estado de Rondônia, salvaguardadas por museus e por instituições de guarda e pesquisa do patrimônio arqueológico. A Musealização da Arqueologia é assumida como horizonte teórico de apreensão das discussões. Primeiramente, são apresentadas, a partir de entrevistas, as condições de algumas das instituições que salvaguardam acervos arqueológicos de Rondônia, como também são feitas reflexões sobre os fluxos e processos de geração desses acervos; por fim, por meio da observação de experiências colaborativas, analisam-se alternativas de apropriações socioculturais qualificadas do patrimônio arqueológico. Com isso, possibilita-se a formação de um juízo sobre as condições de salvaguarda, uso social e público dos referidos bens patrimoniais.
