                                            [0] => This article, in addition to the bibliographic review presents as the main theme, an educational action as an important tool for the construction of knowledge, mainly highlighting its use in spaces dedicated to the promotion of memory and culture. Making a study of the museum's trajectory, the research follows the path that has been changing over time until the present day, where these spaces become more participatory in interactions, in dialogues and have clearly pedagogical objectives. There is also a practical experience of educational action applied at the Feira do Patrimônio. The action highlights cultural environments, such as art galleries and the use of electronic media as main fields of investigation, revealing the media as potential vehicles of communication and information, capable of optimizing socialization, dissemination and promotion of cultural products.
                                            [1] => O presente artigo, além da revisão bibliográfica apresenta como temática principal, uma ação educativa enquanto ferramenta importante para a construção do conhecimento, destacando a sua utilização em espaços dedicados a promover a memória e a cultura. Fazendo um estudo da trajetória do museu, a pesquisa desenha a forma como ele foi se transformando ao longo do tempo até os dias atuais onde esses espaços tornam-se mais participativos com interações, diálogos, e apresentam objetivos claramente pedagógicos. Apresenta-se ainda uma experiência prática de ação educativa aplicada na Feira do Patrimônio. A ação destaca os ambientes culturais, como as galerias de artes e uso de mídias eletrônicas como campos principais de investigação, revelando ser estes últimos, potenciais veículos de comunicação e conhecimento, capazes de otimizar a socialização, para divulgar e promover os produtos culturais.
