                                            [0] => The article describes the research carried out during the period from 2017 to 2019 at the Itaipu Archeologsy Museum. The objective of the work was to develop a model of museum documentation for technical processing and digital dissemination of the People and Memories Collection, composed of 40 (forty) interviews conducted in the Project called Participatory Inventory of People and Memories, which valued collective intelligence, respected the social role of deponents and were able to weave ways of equalizing power between the museum and the communitie, in the realization of the documentary flow. Documentation in favor of plural knowledge and discursive polyphony. To contextualize the investigation, we revisited and problematized some themes of the museum documentation. We also present the main historic and patrimonial aspects of the Itaipu neighborhood, the territory in which the Museum is inserted. Finally, we detail the process of creating citizen museum documentation and expose the results achieved.
                                            [1] => O artigo descreve a pesquisa realizada durante o período de 2017 a 2019 no Museu de Arqueologia de Itaipu. O trabalho tinha como meta o desenvolvimento de um modelo de documentação museal para o processamento técnico e a difusão digital da Coleção Pessoas e Memórias, composta por 40 (quarenta) depoimentos colhidos no Inventário Participativo de Pessoas e Memórias, que valorizasse a inteligência coletiva, respeitasse o protagonismo social dos depoentes e fosse capaz de tecer meios de equalização do poder entre o museu e a comunidade, na realização do fluxo documental. Uma documentação em prol do saber plural e da polifonia discursiva. Para contextualizar a investigação, revisitamos e problematizamos algumas temáticas da documentação realizada em museus. Apresentamos, igualmente, os principais aspectos históricos e patrimoniais do bairro de Itaipu, território no qual está inserido o Museu. Por fim, detalhamos o processo de criação da documentação museal cidadã e expomos os resultados alcançados.
