                                            [0] => In this article I discuss the problem of legal helplessness that museological institutions are going through in respect to the custody of the archaeological heritage, drawing attention to the needs of the federal authorities which have the fit of the issue, specifically the Ibram and Iphan, to cope with the problem and discuss mechanisms for shared management of this portion of the cultural heritage.
