                    [0] => The present study discusses the perceptions that the stimulated audience develops when visiting a science museum and describes its socio demographic, cultural and economic profile. The survey tools were: questioners which were applied to 1.258 visitors, including questions about the profile and parameters for empowerment analysis, and interviews. In conclusion, the empowerment occurs through the association between cognitive gains and their uses to the visitor’s social context. The inclusion social actions in museums must materialize as an institutional policy. Therefore it is important a significant change in the professional attitudes of the institution.@en
                    [1] => O presente estudo discute as percepções que a audiência estimulada desenvolve a partir da visita a um museu de ciência, além de descrever o seu perfil sociodemográfico cultural e econômico. Os instrumentos de pesquisa foram: questionário auto-administrado a 1.258 visitantes, contendo questões sobre o perfil e parâmetros para medição do conceito de empoderamento, e entrevistas. Conclui-se que o empoderamento se dá pela associação entre ganhos cognitivos e a sua aplicabilidade ao mundo social do visitante. As ações de inclusão social em museus devem se materializar como uma política institucional. Para tal é fundamental que ocorram mudanças em sua postura profissional. @pt
