                    [0] => This study deals with the insertion of the municipal public library in the tourism route of the city of Gramado, in Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology used was qualitative research, of an exploratory nature, in the form of a case study, through an document analysis. Data collection took place together with public institutions, such as the Gramado City Hall, the Tourism Department, the Gramadotur autarchy and the Cyro Martins Municipal Public Library, object of this study. Private institutions were also consulted, such as tourism agencies and local hotel chains. The categorization of materials for analysis was based on the type of source consulted, namely: administrative documents of the library; tourist itineraries; media and social networks. The study presents the library and analyzes the actions and services offered by it aimed at tourist visitors, its visibility and insertion as a tourist heritage in the local tourist itineraries of public and private entities through a time frame in the period from January to July 2022. The results demonstrate the participation of the library in tourist communication and tourist itineraries of public entities and the lack of visibility of the library in disclosures and in the itineraries prepared by private entities. In its administrative documents, tourists are identified as the public of the library. Although it develops cultural actions for the Gramado community, a lack of activities specifically planned for tourist visitors was identified, as well as posts aimed at this audience in their media and social networks.@en
                    [1] => Este estudo aborda a inserção da biblioteca pública municipal na rota do turismo da cidade de Gramado, no Rio Grande do Sul. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho exploratório, na forma de estudo de caso, por meio de uma análise documental. A coleta dos dados ocorreu junto a instituições públicas, como a Prefeitura de Gramado, a Secretaria de Turismo, a autarquia Gramadotur e a Biblioteca Pública Municipal Cyro Martins, objeto deste estudo. Também, foram consultadas instituições privadas, como agências de turismo e redes hoteleiras locais. A categorização dos materiais para análise se deu pelo tipo de fonte consultada, quais sejam: documentos administrativos da biblioteca; roteiros turísticos; mídias e redes sociais. O estudo apresenta a biblioteca e analisa as ações e os serviços oferecidos por ela voltados aos visitantes turistas, sua visibilidade e inserção como patrimônio turístico nos roteiros turísticos locais dos entes públicos e privados através de um recorte temporal no período de janeiro a julho de 2022. Os resultados demonstram a participação da biblioteca na comunicação turística e nos roteiros turísticos dos entes públicos e a ausência de visibilidade da biblioteca nas divulgações e nos roteiros elaborados pelos entes privados. Em seus documentos administrativos, os turistas são apontados como público da biblioteca. Embora desenvolva ações culturais para a comunidade gramadense, foi identificada a falta de atividades planejadas especificamente para os visitantes turistas, bem como postagens voltadas a este público em suas mídias e redes sociais.@pt
