                                            [0] => The design thinking (DT) is a human-centered approach, focused on solving real-world problems. Increasingly it has been used in Education and in libraries, DT can help to improve products and services. The aim of this work was to investigate how the use of DT in higher education can contribute to its application in university libraries. A bibliographic search was performed using the Systematic Search Flow method, whose objective is to systematize the search process. A search strategy was defined, which was executed in the ERIC, Scielo, Scopus and Web of Science databases and in the Google Scholar search engine. 13 articles were selected to compose the research, in them the places where the DT was applied, the participants, the purposes, the methods and techniques used, as well as the difficulties and recommendations were identified. Based on the experiences and difficulties reported, university libraries can plan their actions to use DT.
                                            [1] => O design thinking (DT) é uma abordagem centrada no ser humano, voltada para resolver problemas do mundo real. Cada vez mais ele tem sido utilizado na Educação e nas bibliotecas, o DT pode ajudar a melhorar os produtos e serviços. O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar de que forma o uso do DT no ensino superior pode contribuir para a sua aplicação nas bibliotecas universitárias. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica com o uso do método Systematic Search Flow, cujo objetivo é sistematizar o processo de busca. Foi definida uma estratégia de busca, que foi executada nas bases de dados ERIC, Scielo, Scopus e Web of Science e no mecanismo de busca Google Acadêmico. Foram selecionados 13 artigos para compor a pesquisa, neles foram identificados os locais onde o DT foi aplicado, os participantes, as finalidades, os métodos e técnicas utilizadas, bem como as dificuldades e recomendações. A partir das experiências e das dificuldades relatadas, as bibliotecas universitárias podem planejar suas ações de uso do DT.
