                    [0] => The present article aims to report the experience of readjusting the space in the Library and Documentation Technical Division at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Botucatu/Rubião Jr. Campus, using the Design Thinking approach. The method of the work went through three processes: inspiration, ideation and iteration. These are the results: the space rearrangement provided a change to the location of the books making them more accessible and closer to the circulation desk; addition of more than 40 study desks; setting up of new gathering areas furnished with mats, cushions, hammocks and beanbags; a new classroom with student chairs and whiteboard. Due to this, the daily average number of Library users increased from 700 to 1200. We conclude that there is still a lot of improvement to be made to the Library facilities, collections and services, but the process of rearranging the Library space, based on Design Thinking, was the starting point to renew concepts, ideas and attitudes. It was a change in how the Library team see users, users see the Library, and how the team see the Library itself. We believe that a lot can be made, despite scarce resources, both material and financial, as long as there is not any lack of passion and attitude from all those involved.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência da readequação do espaço físico da Divisão Técnica de Biblioteca e Documentação da Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) – Campus de Botucatu/Rubião Jr. utilizando a abordagem do Design Thinking.  A metodologia do trabalho desenvolvido passou por três processos: inspiração, ideação e iteração. Como resultados, a reestruturação do espaço físico proporcionou mudança na localização dos livros tornando-os mais acessíveis e próximos da área de empréstimo; acréscimo de mais de quarenta mesas de estudo; instalação de novas áreas de convivência com tatames, almofadas, redes e pufes; nova sala de aula com cadeiras universitárias e quadro branco. Com isso, houve aumento da frequência média diária da Biblioteca de setecentos para mil e duzentos usuários. Conclui-se que há ainda muita melhoria a ser feita nas instalações, acervos e serviços da Biblioteca, mas o processo de reestruturação do espaço físico da Biblioteca, ancorados no Desing Thinking, foi o ponto de partida para uma renovação de conceitos, ideias e posturas. Foi uma mudança de olhar, de dentro para fora, de fora para dentro e de dentro para dentro de cada um dos participantes. Acredita-se que mudanças são possíveis e passíveis de acontecerem, ainda que com recursos escassos, tanto materiais como financeiros, desde que não faltem paixão e atitude de todos os envolvidos.@pt
