                    [0] => The objective of this article is to analyze the contributions of knowledge management to production of didactic material in EaD, specifically in the Review Sector of SEDIS / UFRN. In order to reach this objective, we sought to characterize the profile of the actors involved in the revision of the teaching material in SEDIS / UFRN, as well as to describe the stages in the production of didactic material in EaD, and also to relate knowledge management based on the model SECA of Nonaka and Takeuchi, with the EaD. The exploratory, descriptive and case study method was used with quantitative and qualitative approach; with a structured questionnaire with open and closed questions, answered by nine employees of the Review sector. The analyzes showed that there seems to be a more consolidated work on socialization (shared knowledge) and internalization (operational knowledge). The need for maturation in terms of combination (systemic knowledge) and externalization (conceptual knowledge) was perceptible. Thus, it is concluded that the subjects evidenced to have knowledge and are available to share the construction of mechanisms that consolidate the knowledge management.@en
                    [1] => O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as contribuições da gestão do conhecimento para produção de material didático na EaD, especificamente no Setor de Revisão da SEDIS/UFRN.  Sendo que objetiva especificamente, caracterizar o perfil dos atores envolvidos na revisão do material didático na SEDIS/UFRN, como também, descrever as etapas na produção de material didático na EaD e, ainda, relacionar a gestão do conhecimento, baseada no modelo SECI de Nonaka e Takeuchi, com a EaD.  Utiliza uma metodologia do tipo exploratória, descritiva e estudo de caso, com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa; com questionário estruturado com perguntas abertas e fechadas, respondido por nove colaboradores do setor de Revisão.  As análises demonstraram que parece existir um trabalho mais consolidado a respeito da socialização (conhecimento compartilhado) e da internalização (conhecimento operacional).  É perceptível a necessidade de amadurecimento no que se refere à combinação (conhecimento sistêmico) e a externalização (conhecimento conceitual).  Assim, conclui que os sujeitos evidenciam ter conhecimento e mostram-se disponíveis para compartilhar da construção de mecanismos que consolidem a gestão do conhecimento.@pt
