                    [1] => O presente tem como objetivo fazer uma reflexão sobre o ponto de vista cognitivo na Ciência da Informação a partir da leitura de Ingwersen que analisa a origem do cognitivismo, o conceito de informação e suas implicações no processamento e na Recuperação da Informação; a transição do modelo matemático para o cognitivo, consistindo na mudança de abordagem de acesso à informação centrada na informação para a de acesso centrado no usuário, que é o produtor de sentido a partir de sua visão de mundo. Sugere um possível deslocamento da tradicional posição cognitiva de Brookes para a físico-positivista por uma suposta incompatibilidade com a noção de informação como atribuição singular de sentido.@pt
