                    [0] => The article systematically analyzes the literature on data protection competence according to the General Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. The bibliographic databases Scopus and LISA were explored. The results show that there are still few studies on the subject in Portuguese and regarding the Brazilian law, but several studies in English and about the European law. This shows the potential for future research on the subject in the field of information science in relation to Brazilian law. Studies like this help to shape a culture of privacy about personal data.@en
                    [1] => O artigo analisa analisa sistematicamente a produção sobre competência em proteção de dados a partir da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais e da General Data Protection Regulation. Se exploram as bases bibliográficas Scopus e LISA. Os resultados apontam ainda poucos estudos sobre a temática na língua portuguesa e para a lei brasileira, mas vários estudos na língua inglesa e sobre a lei europeia. Isto mostra o potencial para futuras pesquisas sobre o tema na área de Ciência da Informação em relação a lei do Brasil. Estudos assim auxiliam na formação da cultura de privacidade sobre os dados pessoais.@pt
