                    [0] => O presente artigo trata de estudo sobre a Política Nacional de Cultura Viva (PNCV), de promoção da diversidade cultural no Brasil, com o objetivo geral de analisar criticamente a efetividade da Política Nacional de Cultura Viva (PNCV) na promoção da diversidade cultural e inclusão social em comunidades indígenas e quilombolas no Brasil. Para atingimento do objetivo geral, baseou-se exclusivamente em análises bibliográficas. A metodologia envolve uma análise crítica dos Pontos de Cultura, que servem como espaços para a gestão e expressão cultural. O estudo revela que a fragmentação na implementação resulta em desigualdade no acesso a recursos, enquanto a falta de visibilidade limita o reconhecimento das iniciativas. Além disso, os Pontos de Cultura enfrentam dificuldades financeiras e uma burocracia excessiva, o que prejudica sua continuidade e inovação. A resistência cultural e a desvalorização de práticas de certos grupos demandam ações educativas para promover o respeito à diversidade. A PNCV tende a se concentrar em áreas urbanas, marginalizando expressões rurais e carecendo de articulação entre esferas de governo. As condições de trabalho dos profissionais da cultura também impactam a qualidade das iniciativas. Portanto, a PNCV deve ser constantemente revisada e aprimorada para garantir que as necessidades das comunidades sejam atendidas, promovendo uma cultura mais inclusiva e equitativa no Brasil.@pt
                    [1] => This article deals with a study on the National Policy for Living Culture (PNCV), to promote cultural diversityin Brazil, with the general objective of critically analyzing the effectiveness of the National Policy for Living Culture(PNCV) in promoting cultural diversity and social inclusion in indigenous and quilombola communities in Brazil. Toachieve the general objective, it was based exclusively on bibliographic analysis. The methodology involves a criticalanalysis of Culture Points, which serve as spaces for cultural management and expression. The study reveals thatfragmentation in implementation results in inequality in access to resources, while a lack of visibility limits therecognition of initiatives. Furthermore, Pontos de Cultura face financial difficulties and excessive bureaucracy, whichhampers their continuity and innovation. Cultural resistance and the devaluation of practices of certain groups requireeducational actions to promote respect for diversity. The PNCV tends to focus on urban areas, marginalizing ruralexpressions and lacking coordination between spheres of government. The working conditions of cultural professionalsalso impact the quality of initiatives. Therefore, the PNCV must be constantly reviewed and improved to ensure that theneeds of communities are met, promoting a more inclusive and equitable culture in Brazil.@en
