                    [0] => This paper presents considerations for a useful and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in scientific communication. We focus on the use of ChatGPT, a language model developed by the company OpenAI that uses natural language processing (NLP) techniques to generate coherent and natural real-time responses. This article describes how this artificial intelligence may be changing the way science is conducted, and more specifically, how it may affect at least some research designs, data collection, and scientific article writing. Opportunities, challenges, and limitations of applying ChatGPT as a tool for research methods are identified through existing examples. Finally, practical recommendations are provided, focused on honest, integral, and transparent use of AI. Additionally, it is advocated that researchers support these principles by relying on both ethics and critical thinking.@en
                    [1] => Este trabajo presenta consideraciones para una utilización útil y responsable de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la comunicación científica. Tratamos en particular del uso de ChatGPT, un modelo de lenguaje desarrollado por la empresa OpenAI que emplea técnicas de procesamiento de lenguaje natural (NLP) para generar respuestas coherentes y naturales en tiempo real. Este artículo describe cómo esta inteligencia artificial puede estar cambiando la manera en la que se hace ciencia, y más concretamente, cómo puede afectar al menos a algunos diseños de la investigación, la recopilación de datos y la escritura de artículos científicos. Asimismo, se identifican oportunidades, desafíos y limitaciones de la aplicación de ChatGPT como herramienta para la aplicación de métodos de investigación a partir de ejemplos existentes. Finalmente, se proporcionan recomendaciones prácticas centradas en un uso honesto, íntegro y transparente de la IA. Por último, se reclama que los investigadores sustenten estos principios apoyándose tanto en la ética como en el pensamiento crítico.@es
