                    [0] => Innovation has been recognized as central to economic growth and development. It is a topic that has aroused interest in various fields of knowledge. To analyze this phenomenon, several elements are considered, one of which is organizational knowledge, an essential factor for the innovation process. Knowledge is a resource that leads organizations to obtain a competitive advantage, enabling the generation of innovations and allowing companies and countries to strengthen their competitiveness in the world economy. Therefore, with the aim of deepening the understanding of the topic, this research aims to map and analyze recent scientific production on innovation and organizational knowledge. This is bibliographical research, of an exploratory-descriptive nature. A bibliometric and thematic analysis of the data was carried out. The results point to the composition of a bibliographic portfolio consisting of 45 articles. Organizational knowledge and innovation are topics that have been recently discussed by the academic community, involving 127 authors in the sample under study. The articles were published in journals from different areas and the most frequently used terms were organizational knowledge, innovation and knowledge. Furthermore, they are investigated in three distinct themes, which include “innovation for the development of organizational knowledge”, “sharing knowledge to innovate” and “innovation and knowledge management”. It is concluded that the study served its purpose, as it provides a structure that summarizes existing knowledge on organizational knowledge and innovation.@en
                    [1] => A inovação tem sido reconhecida como central para o crescimento e desenvolvimento econômico. É um tema que tem despertado interesse em vários campos de conhecimento. Para analisar este fenômeno, diversos elementos são considerados, sendo um deles o conhecimento organizacional, fator indispensável para o processo de inovação. O conhecimento é um recurso que leva as organizações a obterem vantagem competitiva, propiciando a geração de inovações e permitindo que empresas e países reforcem a sua competitividade na economia mundial. Assim, com o intuito de aprofundar a compreensão do tema, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo mapear e analisar a produção científica recente sobre inovação e conhecimento organizacional. Esta é uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de caráter exploratório-descritivo. Uma análise bibliométrica e temática dos dados foi efetuada. Os resultados apontam para a composição de um portfólio bibliográfico composto por 45 artigos. Conhecimento organizacional e inovação são temas que têm sido discutidos recentemente pela comunidade acadêmica, envolvendo, na amostra em estudo, 127 autores. Os artigos foram publicados em periódicos de áreas distintas e os termos com maior frequência foram conhecimento organizacional, inovação e conhecimento. Ademais, são investigados em três temáticas distintas, que compreendem “inovação para o desenvolvimento do conhecimento organizacional”, “compartilhar conhecimento para inovar” e “inovação e gestão do conhecimento”. Conclui-se que o estudo atendeu a seu propósito, pois fornece uma estrutura que resume o conhecimento existente sobre conhecimento organizacional e inovação.@pt
